🍶 Silver Brushed Stainless Steel and Glass Canisters with Window - Stylish 4 Piece Set Review

The photo is misleading. What we received (twice) were high gloss stainless steel containers. It was by no means "brushed" stainless steel, as can be seen in the picture.

At the same time, these canisters look attractive and thin, so they take up less counter space. They are definitely not stainless! After receiving them, I washed them and noticed there were water stains on them, so I tried cleaning the stainless steel polish. After all, they have to be stainless steel, right? I won't lie when they first came in the mail they didn't smell good - strong smell of glue. However, the smell went away after washing. I know you shouldn't wash them in dishes, but I don't play by the rules, especially when it comes to chemical smells, which I don't believe will go away without a high temperature wash. These canisters look exactly like the photos and arrived on time. They are shiny and seem to be durable which is what I was looking for as I just don't like plastic containers and don't want to spend hundreds of dollars buying complicated sets. They're strong but not heavy and they don't look like cheap plastic. For the price they look fancy and I love that the lids screw on with a flimsy plastic gasket, unlike the "fancy" glass canisters with metal hinges that rust over time or fall apart…
