Estwing Lightweight Kink Resistant Compressed Air Hose - E1450PVCR Review

The functionality of the product was as described, no complaints. But none of that matters if I can't pick it up or hold it close without filling it with a horrible smell. It's like the smell of rancid rubber solvent seeping into everything and smelling feet out of the hose. Unsuitable for me and sent back for this reason.

I bought a couple of these hoses for our shop just to see how they would match our other hoses including a very similar Hitachi which also comes with the connectors already installed. This went on for a week until our boys finally replaced the fitting. The Hitachi are still as good as the day we received them. I gave it 3 stars simply because the male hose and fitting are good and the price is low enough not to give it 1 star.

Amazingly flexible hose and all, I do roofing work and am very picky about hoses and this one still looks brand new after months of heavy summer use with no problems in hot and cold weather. The hose is extremely flexible and rolls up easily so you don't have to fiddle with it when you get home at the end of the day. This is now my favorite hose. The only thing that would make these hoses better is if I had 5 of them. By far the best buy on Amazon.

I use this for my compressor and air tools at home. I live in Central Ohio so it needs to stay flexible in the winter even if I stretch outside to use it. So far this is working very well. I have to say that the air lining side is very crisp. It clicks into place with no air noise, and when I take it off the air tool there isn't much air noise. I love it. Not only is this air hose great value as it comes ready to use with mating male and female fittings, I have found this hose allows me to move around the job site freely and without awkward tangling with my pneumatic nail gun.
