Great value for money, acceptable quality

My ONLY issue is that the plastic case is not very heat resistant as you would expect. I messed up a switch while soldering. I think it's partly my fault for leaving the iron on for too long. Lesson learned - do not hold the iron on it for more than 2-3 seconds.

They are larger than the original part, the terminals don't bend

The body is larger than the original part of the guitar pedal and the terminals don't bend, but it was lucky they fit. Significantly better design than the original. It is necessary to use some of the old washers and nuts so that the clearance between the pedal body and the board is correct for a strong connection without stressing the board. The height of the switch body is 0.675 x 0.493 x 0.770 inches. The connection area is 0.725 x 0.932 inches.

Works for small form factor needs

I was looking for a dedicated AB-Y footswitch in exactly the configuration I needed at the price I was looking for (switchable between 2 guitar inputs and one output as on shown the picture). After an exhaustive search I built my own using this switch. Upon completion I implemented this footswitch and it worked exactly as I hoped (and I have 4 other backups). Since this switch is a double pole switch I used one set of pins to switch the guitar signal and another set of pins to switch the LED…
