Used for FireStick 4k

I have a FireStick 4K and it fits perfectly. My wifi isn't the best where I have this TV so an ethernet connection makes the 4K playback amazing

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

This item is an Android charger, not an adapter

The thing didn't work, it was supposed to be an extension cord, but it worked more like a charger. I would not recommend this item, save your time.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Discontinued model

Useful on multiple systems

This is great. I have now bought several of these. They work on my Firesticks and Roku Express 4k+. For only $10 you can disable wifi for my streaming devices.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Big and bulky

It never worked. I had to connect to wifi.

Bought this device hoping that a direct connection would improve streaming. We could never get it to connect. We disconnected and reverted to Wi-Fi.

Doesn't work at all

I have a 2nd generation Firestick. I bought this adapter hoping to improve my streaming speed. Unfortunately, I connected the device and nothing happens. Maybe a defective or just inferior product?

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • So far so good

Pretty Good!: Network Adapter

I used this wired connection on my old Firestick and noticed a slight difference in speed. Actually, everything went a little faster. I tried it on my Firestick 4k and didn't notice any difference between WiFi and wired connection.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Nothing

Started well, eventually the stick became unusable when plugged in

It worked great for about 6 months and then it looks like the cable was broken which made the stick not turn on anymore. We spent an hour trying each permutation and the only thing that might be an issue is the cable. Ultimately I think it's a waste of money as now that it's plugged into the mains our firestick becomes completely unusable.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Some little things

Now super fast instead of WiFi!

Works fantastic and I've wasted so much bandwidth with each link and a lot of people don't know but each link always far exceeds the wifi speed. You might pay 100MB per second, but you're getting about 60-75 megabytes per second from your router, and every connection is always at least 85 percent, 130Mbps, so that firestick flies. My old 1st gen was so slow it cut everything and I don't usually get HD. This model is very fast even over Wi-Fi. It's a 4-core processor with lots of RAM. and the…

  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember

OK at first, but stopped working after a month

This cheap device initially worked well. It did exactly what it was designed to do, which was to provide Ethernet services to my Fire TV Stick. I doubt the validity of the reviews and complain that it's no faster than a Wi-Fi connection with a flash drive. Barring a bad or degraded Wi-Fi connection, there's no particular reason why connecting your Fire Stick to Ethernet should improve speeds significantly. This is not the fault of this Ethernet device and therefore does not justify a negative…

Pros
  • Hands-free mode
Cons
  • Very expensive
