Mine doesn't transfer data just charge :(

I've used this as both a power strip and a USB expansion port as my PC only has one working port on the back and I need to take care of that the floor and under my desk to switch between usb ports so i needed an extension cord with more than one usb port and this one sounded like it would be perfect - and the reviews are great but the one i got was only for charging (which is ok) but it doesn't transfer data from my phone to my pc so i went back to a cable and changed it to use different…

Fits my workstation without USB charging ports

Moved from home to work full time. The problem was that my laptop dock only had 2 USBs and one was connected to the mouse button. So I found this solution so that I can charge two cell phones and a smart watch while I work. Only complaint is that it charges phones SLOWLY. I think this makes sense because you (theoretically) divide the voltage into 3 parts. I can't complain yet, because all my devices are charged at the end of the day. Definitely worth your money.

Works as well as a self powered USB hub

I have a Dell touchscreen computer that runs off a laptop motherboard and only has 4 USB ports. Keyboard and mouse. Every other hub I looked at with the same specs required power, and this one didn't work very well.

  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Doubt

Works pretty well. Good value for money

My Chromebook only has one USB port, so I need it to power an extra keyboard, mouse and USB drive at the same time. Works very well after several months of daily use. I suspect that one of the ports is not working with my mouse. But the mouse works great with everyone else. This ultimately solved my problem, was cheap, and worked well for a long time. I've only disconnected and reconnected it twice to wake it up (I'm guessing because I moved the computer or something). never mind

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Only available in black

This works very well. Like

There was something similar, overheated and eventually died from overheating, really melted from the bottom. With this hub I don't have this problem at all. Even when we have all 4 ports connected to the device and charging, it doesn't overheat or heat up. All devices charge relatively quickly. All we had to do to set it up was plug it in and that was it. I've used this with my laptop to move files from multiple flash drives rather than attaching them individually. This made it much easier and…
