Great cable! best in computers and accessories

Came in the mail quickly before I had any idea what Cat 6 or Cat 7 is. After using this cable, my internet speeds up to the speeds I paid for. I have internet 300mg. Before just using Wi-Fi myself, I can't get more than 80 Mhp. That's the noticeable difference in speed. I also forgot to mention their flat cable design, it's really good for hiding behind the wall, much better than the round cable design. Good product!

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • I'll write later

High quality cables at an affordable price.

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of these 6.5 foot Ethernet cables, especially at the current retail price of two cables for just under $8. They appear to be very well made. The RJ45 connectors are gold plated. There is a protective rubber pad at the junction of the cord and plug to prevent it from falling apart under rough use. While no different from round cables, I think flat cables are easier to work with. They roll up neater and more compactly, and are much easier to wrap aroundโ€ฆ

Much more flexible than a standard ethernet cable

I use ethernet cables in combination with powerline adapters to connect devices that are too far from my home WiFi router for a reliable wireless connection, and I also travel using wired ethernet to connect to a wired network when visiting a family member who only has a wired network at home. These DEFACE Category 7 flat Ethernet cables are much more flexible than a standard LAN cable, making them easier to route around obstacles or behind furniture, and easily rolled into a compact, flat roll

Pros
  • Cables and Connections
Cons
  • Crumpled

Not suitable for 10G networks - most likely not Cat7 or Cat6

I bought this cable (Cat 7 Ethernet cable, 50ft LAN cable) to upgrade existing Cat5e cables to Cat7 to support 10 - Support GB networks. Although "Cat7" is printed on the side of the cable, I don't think these cables will meet Cat7 or even Cat6a standards for 10Gb/s networks. Here is the setup: Switch: Mikrotik CRS309-1G-8S+IN (SFP+ port 8), RouterOS v6.46.3 Module/Interfaces: Mikrotik S+RJ10, V2.16 Client interfaces: ASUS XG-C100C brand) The modules have a supported cable length of 30 m (100โ€ฆ
