Etnies Marana Vulc Skateboarding Shoe for Men Review

My first pair of etnies. 100% correct fit. Extremely durable, I ride in them almost every day and they still look almost new. My heels get damaged easily and they are very comfortable, especially when it comes to heels. Highly recommend, especially at such a good price (my size was $27). I'll definitely be buying a few more when the time comes. Make sure you have extra laces. 5/5 stars.

These shoes were perfect and arrived earlier than expected. My son has been wearing these shoes for a few weeks now and he loves them. He says the soles absorb the impact of his tricks perfectly and show almost no wear or tears. Usually we have to change the shoes every 3 months but with these it will take longer, we can't wait to see how long they last. Great shoe for the avid skateboarder! We will definitely buy more of these!

Most vulcanized boots will fall apart within 3 weeks of normal riding. These Marana Vulks are reliable and will last a long time before failing and losing comfort/protection. Because they're vulcanized, they flex exceptionally well and have an excellent click. The shielded toe box can tear severely before putting on the suede (like the Michelin Marana cupped version). These shoes were great initially. I've had them for 2 to 4 months now. They fit my feet great and the foam insert works better for me than even the fp foam inserts that are all the rage right now. But now the rubber underneath is showing some wear and I ride moderately every week (maybe 8-12 hours of light riding a week). The patch I use for ollies is remarkably well preserved. This is the third pair of Etnies I've bought and I can safely say it will be the last. Having had good experiences with this brand in the past, I ordered this pair at the end of June to wear over the weekend. In less than two months the sole came off and popped out of one boot (the other is in perfect condition). What I like: Casual wear was ok. I bought shoes at a low price. I've driven them before. So far 1 good pair of Etnies Marana out of 4 bad ones. You get in fine. I will never buy Etnies again. What I don't like: They were suitable for everyday use until the sole fell off the shoe. Skateboarding in them caused pain in the joints of the little fingers on the feet.
