Everything is fine. It offers adequate protection but doesn't seem too durable yet as I've only used it twice and the plastic knee pads are already badly scratched from a few drops. The velcro makes it uncomfortable around the knees. This effort is worth it at least for excellent customer service.

They certainly protect but I'm 5'6 and I'd say about 135 pounds. Velcro knee pads did not fully wrap around my knee. It's not a big deal but I thought I should mention it! They were pretty tight too, to be honest I was wearing pants so that might just be a factor, I don't remember if I was wearing jeans or jogging pants so take it how you will. Not sure about the top I was wearing but it had long sleeves (I just don't know how baggy or tight it was) but it was still a bit tight.

This is my first protective gear. I experienced the fall a couple of times to see if it would hold up and protect my fairly average pear shaped 150lb physique and luckily no pain, scratches or bruises. It scratches the protective gear, but that's part of the use. I would like to mention that this product will constrict your knees if your legs are as big as mine as the fit is like a glove.
