This is my 4th filter this year and it's just because I got the best out of the filters. After about 2 months of use, the water will start to flow out of the dispenser so slowly that you can start filling your cup, going and coming back and it may be almost full. In most cases I only use tap water. At almost $200 a year, I can buy bottled distilled water cheaper. It's a shame that we consumers exaggerate the price of a water filter. Very dissatisfied with this product.

These filters are a waste of money for what you get. First, they cost almost $50 and in our house we'll be lucky if they last 3 months.
