I can only say that it was good with this one, everything showed itself. It looked very nice. I used this kit for my new transcooler that I installed. I wouldn't recommend that for a transmission line. I drove my truck 8 miles, Trans Temp could see 200 degrees instead of 250 degrees which is in line with his rating. I had 3 pin holes that had no center friction. Very disappointed with this product. I will never buy again, don't even know how to fix it. Poor quality product.

Looks very good on the car I'm restoring. Here's what I found when I took a stubborn piece of hoss that wouldn't screw into the fitting. Cut the stainless steel braid and tubing 1/8" shorter than the nylon braid. Take your lighter and singe the nylon by folding it over the end of the tubing. I ordered this for the transmission cooling lines for my 4l80. Everything was very easy to use after seeing some reviews and that you have to install the hose part anti-clockwise. All fittings seem to work great except for the 45 degree fitting which others have pointed out appears to be leaking. although the straight and 90 degree fit seems to hold up well. I also installed a new power steering hose with 2 more 90 degree fittings and it seems to be working great! Will be updated with use but…

I really liked this stuff. I did my first fuel line installation with this kit and had no leaks. It was also my first time fitting an AN fuel line and it was too easy. It's tough on your hands, but if you're wearing gloves, threading the fittings onto the hoses should be easy enough. I also suggest leaving the tape in place when tightening the hose as there is more room to bite, just my two cents. It might make it a little trickier, but when I finished it was a VERY tight clasp.
