20FT Black EVIL ENERGY 6AN Fuel Line Hose - Braided Nylon Stainless Steel Oil Gas CPE Review

I ordered 2 sizes of this hose. One size turned out wrong, but I'll use it in another project. I have ordered other Evil Energy products such as B. the V-Band, with which I am very satisfied. So the quality of this product did not surprise anyone. This is exactly what they described and what I expected. Definitely recommend this product and this company.

Great hose to pull my on board ARB air to the front bumper. I didn't want a cheap hose that would melt in the engine bay and be durable with some protection. This fits great, just applied some heat, squeezing the nipple ports open and keeping them away from heat sources, moving parts, etc. Very satisfied.

I bought this hose to replace the hose that came with my Moroso air/oil separator. The original hoses were crushed. They look great and have a braided stainless steel core which is great for this application. I used cord cutters to cut them and it worked great. Because of where I installed it, I just put heat shrink tubing on the ends to keep the nylon braid from unraveling.

Before purchasing I bought a different brand of reinforced steel 10-way oil line on Amazon. it was a nightmare and I couldn't use my devices to save my life. I figured nylon would be a little easier to install and less likely to cut my fingers. This material is amazing, it fits the fittings really snug and doesn't cause terrible pain. This black Evil Energy flexible hose is too thick to fully fit the Evil Energy fittings. I spent several hours on the system trying to establish connections, but no matter what I tried or what tools I used, it was only half successful. I pressurized the system with the fuel pump on along with the fuel pressure regulator and low pressure adjustment for the carburetor and there was no leakage. But I wasn't sure it would stand up to the test of time and road vibrations, so I threw that tube away…

I have trusted this product to fill my 500hp Subaru STI fuel system. The quality of Evil Energy was frankly amazing upon opening the box and handling the product. It fits perfectly with another brand's AN fitting that I already had, but their own AN fittings are a better design than the long flare fittings that I already had.
