Not Worth the Price for Industrial and Scientific Use

Based on our own experience, this drill bit lacked durability and precision required for industrial projects. While it had a decent initial cutting speed, it quickly deteriorated and required frequent replacements. The only upside was its affordable price tag. However, for a high-intensive application in the industrial and scientific sector, we would not recommend this product.

Pros
  • Efficient collection of dust and debris.
Cons
  • Difficult to assemble and set up, especially for those with limited mechanical or technical knowledge.

Works as it should

Cuts a nice round hole of the required diameter. There's nothing more to say about that. A core drill holder is required.

Pros
  • Hole cutter
Cons
  • Quick start guide

It looks like it took a beating a lot, so I measured.

I finally got to the project I ordered this for and built it onto my mill. It looks like it has a lot of beating so I measured it. The cutting edge extends approximately 0.030-0.035 inch. The rest of the instrument looks well made. It's sharp, feels properly tempered, and cuts well, but not as accurately as I need it to. I missed the return window otherwise I would have tried to exchange it.

Pros
  • industrial drill
Cons
  • unreliable
