Excellent replacement master for my 240sx

My clutch master on my '91 240sx failed so I took this block and an extra slave cylinder. This device has proven itself and has served me well in everyday driving for several months. It does squeak on the first press on very cold/wet days, but my old unit did that too, so can't really complain. EXEDY product. It appears to be an unknown brand that Exedy claims to own, so the description is a bit misleading. While there's no really good excuse for that, I don't really care about brands. Renaming

Works perfectly! at Clutches & Parts

I used this master cylinder for auto to manual switch in my S13. After drilling holes in the firewall, it screwed to the clutch pedal with no problem. Inexpensive, high quality, easy to assemble. No leaks and works great! By the way, I used a steel braided brake line.

Suitable for 96 240sx. Well, only if you can't find an OEM.

You get what you pay for. If you want to sell your 240, you are welcome to buy it. However, if you plan on keeping it, I highly recommend going with an OEM clutch master cylinder. It costs almost $100 but it's worth it. On the OEM, even with the Stage 2 clutch, the pedal feels a lot softer and softer than this Exedy. I couldn't believe how much easier it is to drive a car. I've posted some pictures showing the differences between Exedy (gold colored stem) and NABCO (silver colored stem).
