I still love them!: Shoes

I've had a pair of Shape-Ups for over 10 years (same pair). I feel like I can get the most out of walking when I walk. I can say with absolutely no doubt that these shoes make you work harder when you walk. I was walking around in my shape-ups the other day and my foot started sliding sideways. I looked down and noticed that the floor was beginning to loosen. The rubber on the outsole has dried out over the years of use. I was very disappointed knowing Sketchers had discontinued the shoes. I found her and decided to take a chance. Even when I experimented with insoles, the relief in my toe was immediate. I can stay active and do what I like without slowing down (much). Now that I know rocker briefs work, I've bought a pair of MBTs, which are my "good" shoes, but these exersteps are my…

Good shoes in the right situation.

I bought these shoes because a foot was crushed in an accident and as a result I can't roll off my foot when walking. My surgeon told me about rocking shoes as an aid. I started with an expensive pair and found that they really help me walk, so I decided to try them more as work shoes and would be really interested to see if they go bad. For size I wear an 11 to 11 1/2 and only 11 were available in these so I bought these they are almost hair size but for me they work. If they come at 11 1/2 I…
