Fits my 2016 F-350 which died a year later. Cannot find warranty information. The cost of the device isn't that high, but it's cumbersome to install, so bear that in mind.

Works as it should, looks like the original, includes all the parts you need for installation. It takes some time for the computer to clear all current codes related to the reflux heater, so don't worry if the codes don't go away right away Update: 9 months later, the reagent level sensor isn't working. Spend more money to get something that lasts longer.

Installed a Ford part on one of our F-450s and installed the part two days later. Both fixed our problem with DEF. We bought Ford parts because we couldn't wait 5 days to get them via FedEx. I will be ordering this product in the future as we have 2 more trucks in the fleet that are beginning to show DEF issues on the high mileage scanner on trucks.

When my CEL showed up and I knew what I needed I couldn't find it anywhere in town and the Ford dealer told me almost $1,000 I almost passed out. Checked Revain and found this part with good reviews. As a senior shade tree mechanic, I wondered if I could do the job myself, but I was hooked and soon finished the job. This heater is assembled. fits perfectly. It wasn't that hard to install and fix the problem with DEF. Works great so far.

Heater arrived within a week of my order. The instructions were mostly in Chinese and imprecise. After resetting the DEF tank and a few videos on You Tube I got the build to get it and installed it in about 5 hours. There should be a maximum of two. The pump did not build up any pressure because of the heating. Pump seals were missing. As a result, I dropped the tank again and removed the gaskets from my old block. We ordered this item because the truck issued a code and ended up going into standby mode. Our research showed that this was the first logical choice for what was wrong. My husband was able to put it on himself, but not without great difficulty. After switching on the problem was not solved. The truck would not come out of idle. After some more investigation he found that he might have compressed one of the strings during the install and tried to reinstall again 2 times with no success. Again…

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Inspection of the part showed it to be exactly the same as the part on my 2014 F-250 Superduty, right down to the fit and finish.
