🔧 Kapro 935-10 Magnetic Cast Torpedo Level with Optivision, Angle Finder, and 10-Inch Length Review

This is the best spirit level I have ever used. They have thought of everything and designed this level to work for almost anything you can use the level for.

This level has become my favorite. Small, versatile, easy to read and magnetized. Any everyday things, it is used. I wouldn't recommend this for large projects, construction work etc, but for home use I can't fault it.

Dropped many times, still works great. The only thing I would change is that you can only see the bubble from one side. To fix this, just set the angle finder to 0, but just placing it forward isn't really a problem.

It has a solid look and weight which I like (some might not) and can take a beating. It's attractive, but that's likely to change after a month of work. easy to read and just the right size to be used normally without being left behind. I'd say put it in the box you keep for your gathering tools (don't lie, you know you have one).

Overall this is a good, accurate level for heavy use. I used mine for tiling because I thought it would easily handle clutter due to thin typing and other abuse. It works well but isn't waterproof like I expected. I just tossed it in a bucket of water when not in use so it wouldn't get hard. I ended up bullying the vial caps to the point where I could no longer see the vials. So I threw that one away and bought another one. Now I have to think about water and purification. Pros: This level is solid and accurate. This is a solid piece of metal that is almost impossible to destroy. it is exactly - as expected from Kapro levels. Cool level. I bought it from Revain. They didn't pack it very well (it was in a box with another tool) and when I got it it had a few scratches. Most spirit levels consist of relatively thin aluminum profiles. This level is an injection molding. The magnets are about 5/8 in diameter. Other levels only have 1/2 diameter magnets.
