I'm not sure I've done anything but if I leave it upside down in my pocket or anywhere liquid will spill out of the top of the lighter. It still works great, but I'm not sure if I just need to be more careful or if there's a problem.

the highest quality lighter I have ever seen. has a large fuel tank and seals tightly to reduce leakage/evaporation. Works flawlessly. It's a bit big to carry in your pocket but great for a coat or backpack he travels with me.

This is a really good Zippo style lighter. The main benefit is that it won't leak in your pocket or dry out while sitting around. He has several problems. Filled about 6 months ago and still had liquid. I don't know if the original Flint is soft or if the wheel is too aggressive, but it didn't seem to take as many hits. With every last bit of flint left too, the spring doesn't seem to have enough travel to spark that much. I fix this by tucking the last tab of the old one into the recess holding the spring.
