Excellent shock protection

I've used them on Hummer H3 shocks and they look great. They fit over the piston portion of the shock absorber to protect it from stone chips, dirt and grime. I've been using them for over a year and they're holding up great. I also drive my H3 off-road. I moved one down to see the stem and it's almost like new. I put them on all my shock absorbers. Excellent quality, good price.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Non automatic

The best boots for your JEEP anywhere!

These cushioned boots are just what I was looking for. It's a soft, durable material that looks fantastic thanks to its dark red color (as opposed to the dull orange looking red). It's hard to choose the best looking, highest quality shock absorbers on the internet but you will not be disappointed with the Pro Comp Red Polyvinyl Shock Absorbers - Pair 12128. Would buy again and again for my jeep with 4" lift kit, white shocks and now with the addition of red shock boots.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Good stuff on shock absorbers, struts and suspension

unfortunately not installed yet. Wanted to use it for my rear shock absorbers but haven't replaced them yet. They seem to be made of the best material. not as rigid and so I think they don't become brittle and break as easily. Why not choose a good color for the price? Bumper to your shock absorber (or do you need to resize the bumper). Great for the price.

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Damaged
