Never ask to test, measure and verify again

I have a lot of experience making cables but if you look at the colors they sometimes look good , but they are not correct. For years I relied on my own skill, but now I rely on a network cable tester. It works as advertised and I would recommend it to anyone doing their fair share of cables.

Great tool! best at testing, measuring and verifying

I've had quite a few problems with a wired Category 5e network and I've always had to resort to the old 'replace cable' tactic to find out if the cable was good bad. I had another problem recently and my current network is on an 8 port router with a 5 port switch. The internet was terribly slow and replacing the 50ft cables was inconvenient. This is a very handy cable tester. Not only does it test "computer network cable" and "TV cable", it's also good for testing other cable types, but you didn't know that from the disposable guide that came with it.
