Better than I expected - works great so far

Bought as an entry level DMM for myself as a beginner, I am very surprised at the quality. As some reviewers have described, I wasn't expecting such a robust device. The plastic inner shell reminds me of the original Magellan handheld GPS modules - in fact the overall design and materials are very similar and it was a great device. Even any marks and scratches on the thick clear acrylic lens above the turn signal should be easy to polish - as is the case with Magellan. So yes, physically he is…

It turned out to be vastly superior to the old EX330 range.

I got this meter out of curiosity. It turned out to be a far superior product to the old EX330 range. It is functionally very close to the Fluke 115 line and is now built to a higher standard including HRC fuses (compared to the glass fuses used in previous lines). Reading accuracy is now much tighter. The EX330 may be within spec, but it's still pretty bad. Use the 1.024V reference as the standard and although the EX330 would measure 1.018, this EX350 is now actually measuring 1.024V. Enabling

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT ALIVE.

ONLY PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES. So here is my experience. I received the product, switched it on and immediately realized that it was not working properly. Here are the problems: 1. When I turn the dial to ohms, it reads millivolts instead, giving me no way to check resistance or continuity (see attached photo)2. When I turn the dial to DCV it shows ACV instead (see attachment) 3. Several times I turned the dial to DCV and got OL (open loop) which is a continuity…
