If you need a long micro cable to charge your phone, look elsewhere. Although it is rated for fast charging at 2.1A, it actually delivers less than 1A when connected to smartphones (some smartphones give a warning/notification to check cable connections because the power received is too low). My smartphone shows less than 1.5 hours full charge with 2.1A, about 2.5 hours with 1A, but about 5 hours with this cable. And if you use a phone, no charges are added!
