External components DOA

I ordered this disc for my computer because my computer doesn't have it. I've tried at least 5 DVDs, CDs with no luck. I returned the product and received a refund. I'm not sure if it was just my luck or a piece of junk.

The disc reading speed is very fast, the performance is very stable, the product is very light and thin, the workmanship is very fine, the disc reading speed is very fast, there is no noise, it has been used very well, the performance is very stable, and it is very convenient to carry

Doesn't work: computer components

Connected to my Mac as instructed - DVD spins, endless circle spins on my computer. The instructions say the driver is NOT REQUIRED - then I look at the FAQ - if a driver is needed go to driver-soft.com - it costs an additional $22 to get that driver. Returning now - only if I take it to the Kohls store can I return it. So much for the promise of easy returns on Amazon purchases.

This product looks good, is compatible with my PC and should work fine. The CD/DVD burner was a reasonable price and most laptops don't ship with it anymore.

I'll probably attach it to the computer with velcro for a more compact solution and less risk of slipping. I'm used to SSD so I have to be patient with the speed even with C-USB. Only criticism is that the USB cable is a bit short.
