Hope I don't have to use it.

Something we thought we'd have to take a snowmobile with, just in case. Looks high quality and works. But it's one of those items we hope we never use.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Saved me a big headache!

My sled slipped onto the tracks and got stuck. This little savior was strong enough to get me out of this mess. I'm so glad I bought it, it's easy to transport and comes with invaluable insurance. Buy one!

Cons

saved the day! Good product.

Good set of tow straps. challenge passed. Dragged an old lady home 35 miles. The only thing that would be cooler would be if they came with a storage bag/case. Even if the money is spent. Great product and saved the day.

Pros
  • Cargo
Cons
  • Damaged

Great item for towing and winching

Purchased prior to snowmobiling in UP. One of the guys with the snowmobile collapsed. I got lucky with the strap because we were in a remote area. Used a strap for things and it worked great. Without him we would be in trouble. Every snowmobiler needs one.

Pros
  • Great overall specs
Cons
  • Fair

powerful and easy to use

Well it's powerful and does what it's supposed to do. It is designed to be durable and easy to use. It takes up the size of a regular box of nut bars in your backpack or pocket.

Edited but frayed after first use

Purchased in October 2020. Had to use it for the first time over a weekend to tow about 7 miles. This is the result of the first and only use. I suspect he has a few tugs left, which hopefully won't happen, but I've used $7 ratchet straps from Walmart, which have held up better and much longer.

Thank goodness we had that strap.

Item as advertised and delivered very quickly. Unfortunately we snowmobiled for the day and one of our sleds stalled after about 1/4 mile of driving. Luckily we bought this item. My son easily towed the sled through a loose snow field, over an embankment, and over a bumpy road with no problems. Thank goodness we had that belt because we were able to fix the car in a few hours and get back on track with a slight delay.

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great item for outdoor accessories

Gifted to a friend who is a snowmobile assembler. In his spare time he builds modified snowmobiles for racing. His snowmobiles won races all over the north. He was very excited to receive it. Since we live in a very snowy area, if you break down, he will come to you to fix your sled. And if it's a big project, he'll tow you back to his shop and take you home. What a cool guy. He said a lot about this strap. Too many to list. When a professional says good things, you know you're doing something…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous
