Piston unscrewed from shaft on first use. I screwed it back on and tried again. Now everything is useless, the piston is stuck and the threads on the shaft are torn off. Too bad it broke on the first use, the quality is not very good.

Excellent quality and quantity of the goods for the price! I have had a few of these products before but this pack was of much better quality at a better price. This product has everything you need. So if you haven't bought it yet, you should definitely do so!

I've just started making polymer clay earrings and until now I've been winding the strands by hand which takes a lot of time! I finally got this extruder and it's so easy to use, easy to clean between colors and I love how many different shapes and thicknesses of strand you can make. I definitely recommend this set!

Everything is fine except for the plastic modeling tools. I ordered a kit primarily for the extruder but decided to try other tools as well. I should also clarify that I'm working with polymer clay and not lipstick. The plastic tools seem to drip down the middle because of the clay in them and I can't just wipe them off. Then I accidentally translated some colors.

Not used once. Ball-tipped tools are useful, but I'd prefer a working extruder. The terminal block is stuck in an odd position and the handle cannot be moved to try to lock it forward or backward. I've tried as well as trying a few others. Vain. Don't try to save money this way, the tools themselves are pretty cheap, a more powerful extruder is worth the money. This thing is an absolute waste.
