The part works well. Castles have become much quieter. A little difficult to install, you need to remove various parts from the old switch and install them in this switch. Watch the video on YouTube and see the parts for installation orientation. It took about 2 hours.

unit installed and working to spec. When connecting to the traction cables you will need to transfer the plastic cover from the OEM to the new part and of course apply white grease to the worn areas. The overall quality is as good as the original part. - at half price.

The locking mechanism on our Honda CRV-EX has failed. The repair ship listed $300 for parts and labor. The repair took us a little longer because a plate fell out when the original part was removed and we didn't put it back in. Without this plate, the mechanism will not work. The rest works great. We saved $270!

bought this in september 2019 for my 07 honda crv and worked fine until february 2020 after more than 4 months it started squeaking and sometimes not locking. Same problem with the originals but they lasted 10 years. I emailed Eynpire to claim the seven year warranty which is why I took the risk of buying it. I will update as soon as I get a reply from them
