The ease of use makes it very accessible to our staff. We have not had any issues with this product at all! It has been seamless for our business so far. Very easy to set up. I can't think of anything we dislike about this program. Great for organizing and tracking your notes and information from the previous day/week/month. Keeps everything organized in one place.
