The ease of use makes it very accessible to our staff. We have not had any issues with this product at all! It has been seamless for our business so far. Very easy to set up. I can't think of anything we dislike about this program. Great for organizing and tracking your notes and information from the previous day/week/month. Keeps everything organized in one place. I like everything about this program! It's easy to use with my iPad or desktop computer. The customer service department has been extremely helpful every step of the way in helping me set up all my notes for each appointment. There are so many different options for scheduling appointments it really makes finding an open slot easy. We have no complaints at this point. This system works great for us.
