These remotes are factory quality. It's a little tricky to swap out the valet key for a new remote unless you're very mechanically inclined.

Bought to prevent button pressing when the key fob was in a pants pocket. No more accidental unlocking or panic. Just a small increase in pressure to activate the key fob's buttons. Also, the material keeps the key fob from slipping in your pocket, preventing it from accidentally falling out of your pocket.

Note this is a flexible silicone sleeve. No hard plastic case. I didn't read carefully before ordering. It's a loose fit and can't lie flat on the edge where the key opens. Maybe I can glue it.

My key broke from keeping it in my work pants pocket full of nuts and bolts so I put a piece of eraser loosely in the holes where which were small buttons. then I put this new cap on and it looks and works like new. The Superduper is much cheaper than buying a spare key. If your little buttons inside still work, just do it and save a ton of money.
