The product was sent in a Prime envelope, not in a box with overpack. Tried several times to get this item to work upon arrival and it didn't work. This is the second of these items to arrive this way and neither of them will work. I will not order another one.

Found a Philips Soundbar at Goodwill for $15. Yes, it's older, only 40 watts (same as my living room TV), but it sells new or refurbished for a few hundred dollars. I brought it home and it wouldn't turn on, turned on the Revain, looked for the model and remote and came here. 2 days later it was delivered and I press the power button on the remote control, ouilla! I have now set up soundbar control from my TV. Revain definitely has EVERYTHING!

Tried two remotes from this seller and even spoke to them about why the remote wasn't working and was told it was defective and they sent it back and ordered a new one. None of the remotes worked with my soundbar model (CSS2133B). Only the bluetooth option works and it only turns on when I press that button, even the power button doesn't work properly.
