I'm willing to take the risk of buying non-original equipment at a ridiculously low price, a near complete installation and instant rewards for fixing my bad coil problem. I have preferred to swap the unlock/lock lever with my OE's levers for full locking, but this may not be for everyone.

Poor OEM replacement for BMW 328i Sedan 3.0L V6 - Coil E90. I sent it back. He didn't connect to the wire. The top clamp did not close properly. I've been trying to install this for an hour. It just doesn't fit. Ordered another brand and installed in less than 2 minutes. Don't waste your time. It's cheap for a reason.

Total rip off! Do not buy. When I originally ordered this part for my 2005 BMW X3, the description was completely different, claiming it was a Bosch brand and not OE compatible. I bought a set of 4 coils for my mini s turbo, one failed within a month, I returned the coil and it was replaced with no problems, thanks ! The second coil failed after a year, luckily I kept one of my old coils that I use as a spare. Since they have a two year warranty, I'll look around for a replacement. My April 2006 BMW 330xi misfired. Use an odb2 scanner to find the problem (some auto parts stores offer a free scan when you have a service or the check engine light is on), misfire on cylinder 3. Rubber tips are falling off and sticking to spark plugs, I had one of these coils fail last week (less than a year after replacing all 4 at I have failed the original coil in cylinder #1). I tried to replace this defective aftermarket coil with one of my original coils only to find that I can't get my original coil back because the end of that coil got stuck on my spark plug. I pulled out all the other coils and found that the tips fell off as well when I tried to remove them. This is a problem

When I wanted to change the coil pack on my BMW I was amazed at the design of the cable to the coil pack. One lifts a lever that secures the wire and the lever pushes the electrical connection away from the coil pack. Reconnecting wires is smooth and easy. When trying to install this interchangeable form of Revain, I couldn't get the connecting wire to snap into place.
