Perfect size pot for homemade ointments

This is the perfect little jar for DIY essential oil recipes. I made a 2 ounce do-it-yourself salve today and had no trouble using this pan to heat castor oil and melt beeswax. It would also be good for DIY lip balms as it has a dispenser on one side. It was easy to clean with a paper towel and then I could pop it in the dishwasher for a deep clean.

Pros
  • Useful for more than it's intended purpose
Cons
  • Discontinued

Do not buy this best oil heater

Worst pot I have ever bought. the bottom sticks out, and everything needs to be cleaned from it. The metal is thin so anything inside will burn and I cut my hand on a piece of metal sticking out from where the handle was attached. The spout is only on one side, so it is very inconvenient for left-handed people to use. I accidentally burned the sauce while reheating and was unable to remove the burnt sauce even with steel wool. I bought these because I have other Farberware pans that I love but…

  • Pleasant

Good for reheating and melting

When I switched to an induction hob for cooking, I found that the microwave ruined the flavor of many dishes. This, combined with questionable health issues, space, and a desire to have a good toaster (which I use for everything) prompted me to get rid of the microwave. Once I got rid of the microwave, the only times I missed it was when I needed melted butter or reheated waffle syrup (not to mention hot milk for a cup of cocoa). Well, that little pot took away the pain. It is ideal for quickly

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Good most of the time, but...

Pretty, functional, good for kitchen and dining room

Handy size for making tea Stainless steel (use steel wool to keep interior clean) ****Heat resistant handle Steel loop for hanging Dual spout would be better work (pour out with the right hand) ****Question: After several applications, a coating has formed on the inner surface, which I cannot destroy in any way. Does anyone know of a natural solution to dissolve/remove residue? The only thing I've used a 5/8 quarter Farberware Classic Stainless Steel Oil Heater is to boil water. Update: This…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Has flaws

Ideal for those who care about their time in the kitchen

I love this stainless steel range and think I will be using it for years to come. I heat butter (for popcorn, mashed potatoes, many other recipes), milk mainly for coffee and chocolate (for dipping strawberries/fruit, add to coffee, pour over popcorn, etc.). I used to only use a small saucepan, but I always ended up boiling over and burning from the constant stirring. This pan gives me some wiggle room as I can step back a minute or two and then return to a perfectly heated or melted product…

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Hard to say
