This is the perfect little jar for DIY essential oil recipes. I made a 2 ounce do-it-yourself salve today and had no trouble using this pan to heat castor oil and melt beeswax. It would also be good for DIY lip balms as it has a dispenser on one side. It was easy to clean with a paper towel and then I could pop it in the dishwasher for a deep clean.

Worst pot I have ever bought. the bottom sticks out, and everything needs to be cleaned from it. The metal is thin so anything inside will burn and I cut my hand on a piece of metal sticking out from where the handle was attached. I love this stainless steel range and think I will be using it for years to come. I heat butter (for popcorn, mashed potatoes, many other recipes), milk mainly for coffee and chocolate (for dipping strawberries/fruit, add to coffee, pour over popcorn, etc.).
