Doesn't do plexiglass

Doesn't do Plexiglas, which is an acrylic, as far as I know. So it was disappointing, as I needed it to repair a broken tail-light on my car.

Pros
  • I used this cement while making a small display case. Great stuff. Works quick and holds well.
Cons
  • Highly toxic and dangerous to use

I work a lot with acrylics and other plastics and require a lot of different adhesives to keep my projects moving. Weld-On provides me with a lot of them but in industrial quantities. After all of this I'd be forking over $30.00 bucks or more.I must say that ordering through this website is a much more pleasant experience. First of all the

Pros
  • works!
Cons
  • Can be expensive when compared to other types of adhesives

Great stuff, does the job

Great stuff, does the job, be sure to keep the container sealed or you'll lose the contents in no time. Actually transferring the contents to an appropriate "glass" jar or bottle, might help, but keep it away from plastic?

Pros
  • Great product and able to make my own acrylic boxes, easy to use
Cons
  • The fumes produced during use can cause respiratory problems
