The best thing about fast chart so far has been their customer service team! I have used them to transcribe all of my audio files into text format which was very easy as they do it automatically after each recording session (which saves me time). They also provide an excellent turnaround when you need your transcript ASAP or even just within 24 hours if needed - no problem there either!! The best part about this service was being able to get my work done quickly!
