Good for attaching 4X4 corners

I used 6" fasteners to attach the 4X4 frames on my raised beds. With constant pressure on the percussion instrument, they kick in quickly and easily. Impact wrench, not a drill. I don't know why other people are complaining about the quality of the drill bit that comes with these fasteners - I drilled about 730 6" deep with just 1 bit. Highly recommended

There are not enough driver bits for a bucket.

Although I haven't had a chance to use these screws as they just arrived I just emptied the screw bucket to make sure the screwdrivers were included. Unfortunately, NO driver bits were found in the first bucket I opened and turned upside down. It was bits in the second bucket and I was really lucky that I decided to BUY a backup pack with 2 bits of the drivers already supplied. Poor screw drive design

I had two problems with these fasteners and spent a lot of money on this purchase. First, the drive design (the unique 8-point star drive, they call it spider drive) doesn't work very well. It's very easy to undress if the racquet slips at all. The ribs on the drive end of the screw are weak and easily bend or wear out if the bit slips at all.
