FASTPace Review

I like the security features. I also like being able to track shipments and receive shipments. The system is easy to use. It's also easy for me to see where all my shipments are at all times. I would like to have more tools to manage packages. I'd also like to see more automation features. I would recommend FASTPace to anyone that needs a cost-effective way to manage their shipments. When using FPAC, you can see exactly where your containers are in transit or at their final destination (or both). This is great for tracking shipments as well as knowing when to expect them back from an outbound shipment. Not much that I like about this software - it's very simple! It would be nice if there were more reports available to us. If you're looking for ease of use, then look elsewhere. The ease of use to enter vehicle weight, dimensions etc was great for tracking our loads going out site at work each day! I do not like how when you upload documents they are in PDF format only so it is time consuming because i have several files that need uploading daily (10+). Tracking all trucks coming offsite with this program has really helped us keep track which truck we will be using as well who can actually pull these items away from another area or location within my department's reach

The FASTPace system is a great tool. I like that it is very easy to use and that it is very customizable. The customer service is also great, they are always willing to help and answer any questions I have. That I can't add more than 2 addresses to a shipment. I wish that I could add more than 2 addresses to a shipment. I have to create a new shipment for each additional address. Also, I wish that I could have the option to add more than one person to a shipment. I have to create a new shipment
