Seems to work well and glides well but the biggest complaint is the water marks it leaves despite being brushed nickel. And it doesn't always get wet. Delta can do better, especially for this expensive item.

Works well as advertised. I've seen a few reviews that people think it's too easy. It's a bit light, but you don't want a heavy wand hanging in the air for long. Trust me when I say it doesn't affect functionality.

Looks good so far, function change button keeps getting stuck. You can only press the button at the very top or it won't work, and even then it doesn't work more than half the time. The water pressure isn't very good either.

Bought Delta because my plumber recommended this brand as it's a well made product. This push bar hand shower was exactly what I was looking for to install in my bathroom. Expertly installed by my plumber. Looks beautiful. However, after using it three times, the button to switch between four jet types broke. Yeah, now he's hooked on a spray. Clearly bad design and cheap components. Completely unimpressed by the Delta quality.

Great design and performance. We have just completely remodeled our bathroom with a walk in shower. We installed a 12 inch rain head, a standard shower head and this one is manual. While each has its own benefits, this is probably the most versatile. Wide range of pressures, even our non-ideal pressures. Shower head, whether at normal height or trying not to get your hair wet, the long 5" hose allows us to use it while sitting on a bench. Absolutely to suggest.

I'm very handy, I've done all the renovations on my house but I'm still trying to figure out why Delta is so bad, blurry and very small letters in the installation guide. The text is very small. Also, they collected all the different series in one paper (save the planet, very eco-friendly). I bought this before moving into a new house and unfortunately couldn't test it right away. This 4 spray nozzle only had 3 sprays. I just assumed that one of the sprays was a "break" from the other sprays and never realized it wasn't working properly and there were actually only 3 different sprays. Wanted the square bar to match other fittings and this was perfect as it looked good and was good quality. Unfortunately this is the second Kohler rail I have returned as the shower head holder did not move up and down the rail easily making it pointless to have a rail. Unlike others, I have no problem with a plastic hand shower. as it will save your tiles or feet if you drop it. The hand shower definitely looks like metal, which is visually everything to me. This is by far the worst hand held shower I have ever used. I would return it but it is difficult to put on after installing the shower shelf. I have other Delta shower heads that are great, but this one is disappointing at best. It has 4 weak jets, one of which I call a drip because the water drips quickly.
