Kitchen faucets did not fit my sink perfectly

Broken bottle threads, pump still works. Not knowing what brand or model my 70 year old kitchen sink is, I just ordered it hoping it would fit. It's not like this. Should not be returned. Well, live and learn. I ended up going to a hardware store and found surgical tubing that matched the pump and put the tubing in a Costco sized soap bottle. Works like a charm and I don't have to refill the damn thing for a whole year.

Pros
  • Manufactured to original specification
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

The screw cap can get stuck in the metal lid of the pump.

The Revain replacement pump does not have a screw cap on the end of the pump. This part is required to allow the pump to be screwed into the OTC portion of the dispenser. It could be put into the dispenser without a prescription. Then this spare part snaps in from above (press firmly). As for the bottle that fits under the neck of the counter screw. Yes, the threaded neck will work and will mate with Delta Allora's base threads.

Pros
  • Limited lifetime warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship.
Cons
  • Not the best option.

Does not fit RP50781SS

After reading the Q&A, several people (including Delta) said that this pump fits the RP50781 dispenser (I installed mine in April 2019 and it came with shipped with my 19790Z-SPSD-DST faucet, which is only sold at Home Depot). The faucet parts and accessories diagram also shows this as the correct part. It does not fit. The inside diameter of the pump bore is too small for the pump head. I made it work by drilling out the pump just enough for me to push the head in.

Pros
  • Designed exclusively for Delta faucets
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

It does not work; received a correct replacement from Delta

is my Delta soap dispenser. However, it did not stay in place and continued to fall off the dispenser head/spout portion. Good news: I called Delta Customer Service (1-800-345-3358) and gave them the model number of the faucet my dispenser came with and said my pump was dead. They sent me a brand new dispenser for free . I should add that the plastic pump in the replacement is slightly different from the original pump and the replacement I ordered from Revain so it appears they have changed…

Pros
  • For use with the following Delta and Peerless brand soap dispensers: RP1002, RP44479, RP50781, RP71543, RP81410, RP82129
Cons
  • Negative impression

Fits Delta R50813 soap dispenser but will not last long - be careful

The original pump assembly lasted about 6 years. This lasted about 1 year. I'm not sure what the difference is between the two, but this one on Revain doesn't look anything like the original. Since I didn't save the original, I can't compare it. I took this replacement and it seems fine except it sticks when inflated and barely leaks any soap. I tried cleaning it thinking it was dried soap but it wasn't. The spring appears to be fine, but it's hard to tell without disassembly. This will destroy

Pros
  • Thoroughly tested for quality
Cons
  • Very expensive

Half Parts Only

According to the parts diagram on the Delta Faucet website, RP47888 should include a straw as well as a bottle. I'm one of the customers who only received the bottle without a straw. We have requested a replacement, I hope it will be completed the second time unlike others. Especially since my bottle is fine. I wrote the Delta faucet directly to make sure the parts diagram I was referring to is correct, which it is. It seems to be a recurring phenomenon. Update 11/4/16: I received a replacement

Pros
  • Includes Bottle
Cons
  • No Instructions
