The filter was defective.

Easily mounted the filter on the truck frame. When he was done, the truck had trouble starting. After several attempts with the wrench icon still showing, I removed the frame filter housing and the filter fell apart completely. I will never buy this item again. I can't return the item either.

Great quality at a reasonable price

I've heard and read over and over again from experts to hobbyists that only genuine Ford parts should be used on the 6.0 Powerstroke. Several experts recommend going to the aftermarket only if replacement filters have certain specs etc. These filters had all the same features as the OEM and at a great price. The quality is in no way inferior to OEM parts. Very satisfied

Cheap cost me almost double!

I chose this filter version over the motor boat brand because of the cost difference. Well, I was traveling to California from Fort Worth, Texas and found that the top fuel filter was torn at the seams, causing diesel to leak all over my engine in Lordsburg, New Mexico. Glad it didn't burn. I had to wait until the next day for a brand change at the dealership which cost me $115. Welcome to the wild.

Stick to OEM filters. New injectors cost more than money saved on cheap Chinese filters

If you follow the manufacturer's recommendation to change these filters every two oil changes, you'll see how dark they become are and how much they are really needed. I used OEM and tried these aftermarket filters for the first time because the reviews here on Amazon were good and saved $20 over OEM. The under cover detached from the secondary fuel filter under the truck, bypassing fuel contamination entirely. Diesel injectors are way more expensive than the money saved on those cheap Chinese…

Only use manufacturer-recommended products, don't trust third-party products to always work.

This should be easy to install, no need to pay a mechanic. NOT CORRECT! Although Revain said these fuel filters will work on my 2015 Ford F 350 Diesel. They look exactly like the fuel filters that came off my truck, but once installed they wouldn't allow any more fuel pressure. Air pockets in the lower filter prevent fuel from blowing through the system and pressurizing the fuel. It could have an expensive package in the fuel system and engine of the trucks.
