I bought this pump after reading some reviews that said it was very quiet. I was skeptical but I'm here to say this is the quietest pump I've ever had. So far I'm very happy with them.

Quiet at half power, the Airstone makes more noise than the pump. Round air stone is not big, big bubble flow at the stop. Stone and Airline would probably be better, but this kit has everything to get you started and the pump is quiet.

This pump works great! I love the accessories that come with it. I placed an airstone in my tank with one of the flow regulators because my sponge filter works best at a higher airflow rate than an airstone. The air pump is nice and quiet, and I put it on a small crochet square to make sure it doesn't rattle on the trellis I put it on. Overall a high quality air pump.

This product serves our purpose. We hooked it up to 2 bubblers in our hermit crab tanks. One for 2 cups of fresh water and one for 2 cups of salt water. If you use a splitter you have to turn it up high enough to get enough bubbles and the noise gets louder but our daughter can still sleep in her room at night just a few feet from the tank. Good value for money but could do with a bit more power without the extra noise.

The product is excellent. This ensured the right amount of air. It's so quiet I didn't hear it working. If you want quiet, buy this! As for me, even though my Betty's fish tank is in my bedroom, I should hear hum and bubbles. I got used to these sounds when my parents bought me my first tank. Without these sounds, it affects my sleep. I'm probably the only crazy person who likes a noisy air pump. I will definitely use it in another aquarium!
