"Lifetime up to 10,000 hours"? Well I think that's technically correct - I'll be replacing these bulbs in my bathroom light/fan box in about 15 months. If this light was on 6 hours a day x 30 days x 15 months = 2700 hours. 2700 hours *is* LESS than 10,000 hours. Unfortunately not many companies make this lamp/base and there is no room for an LED lamp as this mini-compact CFL lamp *barely* physically fits into the fan/lightweight unit as is. so i buy more of it.

Lamps arrived on time, not broken and working. Unfortunately, in a CFL, "daylight" doesn't mean what an incandescent bulb is for.
