Used for carpenter's vise. It cuts well, is of good thickness, seems quite strong and certainly helps increase friction in the clamps without damaging the wood being clamped.

The product size advertised was 26"x10"x1/8". The sheet they sent me was only 9-3/4" wide. For my application, that did works well, but if you're aiming for a width of exactly 10 inches, you're out of luck.

Cork/Rubber Gasket for valves, tappets or access covers. 1/8" thick. Seals in oil, water and petrol. Ideal material for these jobs. Size does not exactly match advertised. Actual size is 10" x 26" x 1/8".

I tried various O-rings as gas bottle seals but then I tried Fel-Pro rubberized cork material which is flatter and gives a better seal. Also works great with a roughly cut circle.

The Fel Pro has long been the industry standard. My problem was that I didn't know that this material has a metallic layer, so it's suitable for other applications needed for the gaskets I make.
