An excellent replacement part that costs many times less than an OEM retail replacement. Installed in the car for a month, no complaints.

I decided to replace the oil seal along with the clutch. Not leaked yet but my car has very high mileage. 2 months later leak! So angry. Now I have to pull the trance again and redo everything, but I will definitely not buy this brand again.

I'm not sure if this is a Fel-Pro installation issue or just a 'fault' in the VW design, but it took almost half an hour to get the thing reinstalled had damage it. I would prefer if they do that spring seal under the rubber like they do on Japanese cars. I have no idea if this style of gasket would even be available for this car, but the rigid tapered construction of this rubber and fiber gasket was incredibly inflexible and difficult to install. At least it's not dripping.

Looked almost identical to the original it replaced, traces of sand. The gasket and seal are made by AEM, just like the original. Supplied with white installation tool. Press it against the crank, then gently push the gasket into place and tighten the bolts to 15Nm. I recommend removing the oil pan and then installing the oil seal.
