There's a "hold" feature that holds the temperature for 60 minutes, but what a waste: just tell me when you're done and I'll pour. There's also a stopwatch that counts down from zero to let you know how long it's been since you overcooked your tea. Again, a countdown timer and an alarm clock would make more sense.
