I bought this along with the felt lined dice tray I bought. It's nice to roll the dice and muffle the sound of the roll from cup to tray. The cup has a nice felt lining and looks well made. I like it!

which is perfect. Small, light and yet robust construction. Was able to roll 4 dice. Nicely padded so it "slaps" slightly upside down on the surface without sounding harsh or aggressive. Perfect for the price and for all the dice you have.

The plastic cups we use for Yatzhee! were just too loud. Children seem to particularly enjoy shaking the cup vigorously to make as much noise as possible. These felt-lined mugs are the answer. I have a feeling they could be a bit bigger but they really don't need to be that good to shake and roll them. The only problem with this item is our Yatje! the results did not improve with the cup.

Pleasant to the touch, in combination with a felt tray the noise level is reduced to a whisper. Others have complained about the size, the product details are correct in the description, also 6 very large cubes fit in easily so I don't know why some people think it's too small. The quality of the leather and felt is excellent and for the price you won't find anything better. It feels like you are in a casino!

They're great for liars dice don't listen to the guy who says they're too small 5 dice work well and these are the cheapest cups for dice online. I bought this mug to replace the mug that came with my new Farkle dice game. The game is awesome, but the included green plastic cup is terribly LOUD! I have small hands so I really like this mug, it's easy to hold and makes it easier for me to play Yahtzee and Midnight as well as other board dice games. The felt is green and feels like high quality felt. The cup feels nice and leathery on the outside and is very well made. It rolls silently and since using it I've seen the best yahtzi reels. After reading the reviews for this product I wasn't sure if it would suit me but I took it anyway (required as an optional item). I mainly use this for board games and tabletop RPGs, so I'll be using a lot of dice at once. I had no problem using a D20, 2 D6 and 1 D8 at the same time.
