Festool Junkie good for twist drills

10 replacement sharp drill bits for $15 - not bad considering they last a while, they have flat areas that are ground on the drill bits to keep them clean not slip after you tighten them.

I bought these drill bits specifically to drill holes in the Ipe fence I built last fall. Using wax on the drill bit was a big help every time I drilled. Ipe is a very dense wood so Festool drill bits were beneficial in that they didn't burn out nearly as quickly as some other brands, they kept the blade sharp for much longer, especially when wax was used to reduce the heat of the drill bit. . Recommended for working with dense wood.
