Plastic tips make it difficult to grip the filter on lawnmowers. We still managed to remove the filter, just have to be careful not to break the glass.

This is a very durable product the gripping power is superb the quality is great very well made very durable and designed to last a lifetime very happy with the product and very easy to use from the tools.

This works if you have enough space between the oil filter and everything else around it. My Silverado doesn't have enough room for this to fit and turns around until it closes on the filter.

This product is good because it adapts to different sizes. It comes with extra tips which is good as I've only used it once and two of the tips are already broken. It takes a little getting used to, but it's a neat little tool.

My Ram 1500's oil filter is not easy to reach let alone get a firm grip on. This little tool made the task easier. The ratcheting function works in both directions and is easy to grip. It fits in very small spaces and the 1/2" adapter makes it easy to use with any ratchet or air tool. I already own a lot of rubber gloves, but a pair of gloves is the icing on the cake. I would recommend it to any do-it-yourselfer.

Bought to do my own oil change on a 2016 Yamaha R6 and remove the OEM filter. I had to remove the plastic cover on the levers to put them in. It wasn't as easy to work with as an oil filter socket. Get the right size socket wrench if you have an R6. Also, I will never use this tool, so let me know if anyone needs it. I will be using K&N oil filters which are easy to remove with a wrench. No more OEM filters.
