Filter too small. I don't want to deal with the return, so I hired MacGyver to fix it. Product quality control managers need to be replaced. I should have listened to previous reviews. Won't buy this again. Will stick with Filtrete from the local hardware store.

Nice filter I recently installed, freshly wrapped in plastic so easy to open. I have exchanged them several times. They filter out dust and dirt well and hold up pretty well. I've set up auto-sending and no longer have to worry about remembering to replace them.

As many other customers have pointed out these filters are not standard sizes. Compared to Honeywell and 3M filters, they are almost 1/2 inch smaller and allow air to flow through the sides. The air resistance also seems to be very high. Produces a whistling sound that cannot be heard with any other filter. Very thin. A 20x20 filter looks like a bowl in a day. Make yourself more solid and buy a quality product. Complete garbage!

I never had power issues until I used this filter. Most filters say three months before they are changed, but I haven't even used this filter for two months and it completely (literally) froze my system. After contacting an expensive company to investigate the problem, she was referred to FILTER! The technician said that the layer is cheap and should not be used for more than 20-30 days in a row! Spend more money and get a good filter

I've used these filters a few times and am happy with them. As far as I know they work (i.e. capture larger particles (dust) but still let air through) and don't cause any problems with my HVAC system. The only thing I'd caution potential buyers about is that they're slightly smaller than at least one other brand I've used (and therefore dangle a bit in the vent). The actual dimensions of these filters are 9-1/2" x 19-1/2" x 3/4" while another brand I've used is 9-13/16" x 19-13/ Measures 16" x

If you've read all the other Filterbuy product reviews, you know they reduce airflow *greatly* and damage your equipment. Within a week this filter was causing the coils on my AC unit to freeze. Even using thick Merv 11 corrugated material on the back of my fan caused the motor to overheat. Choose known brands, not fakes. Something tells me the materials they are using are NOT official Merv numbers. These filters scream at me that they are fake from China. stay away
