The best thing I have found is that it allows me to store my business information such as inventory, loan amount, customer details etc from different locations like laptop, mobile/tablet so no hassles while working or traveling away from office. There are some things which is not user friendly i.e. need to install 3rd party plugins for other operating systems. However this can be resolved by getting support from them.
