FINIS 1 05 045 Swim Posture Trainer Review

After i put it to the test during my swim training over the last few months I can confidently say that this swim posture trainer is a game-changer. It's great for correcting my alignment and keeping my form intact throughout each swim .The lightweight and adjustable design make it comfortable to wear for any workout. Although it's a bit pricey, it's a must-have for anyone serious about improving their swimming technique. Highly recommend for Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts!

I've been wearing this for 2-3 weeks now and still can't feel it. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm still working on my breathing, twists, arms, etc. I think once I get all the movements in order I can feel it. In the meantime I need something with an electric shock or something :) The design is very minimalist and fits perfectly behind the head. The fact that you can attach it to your own glasses is a good thing too, as another strap means you have more stuff to deal with.
