a good work out - my new review

This was recommended to me give me a different type of swim work out (i swim just for training, not competition), and it definitely has helped. It works out your whole core, and legs very well, also giving you better stamina, i can run much longer and dont gas out. I recommend, also, if the fin hurts you, you can buy some fin socks, they are huge!

Pros
  • Swimming
Cons
  • More expensive than regular swim fins

Fun, while getting a good workout

My core gets a great work out! I swim almost every day, and use these most. While they are a total blast, they do give you an amazing work out. I had the Trainer 2 Monofin (which finally broke after 2 years of constant use - sad Finis isn't making them anymore), these are not as tough of a work out, but still great

Pros
  • Training Fins
Cons
  • Size may be an issue: The monofin comes in different sizes, but finding the right fit can be tricky. If the monofin is too big or too small, it may not be comfortable to wear, causing distraction and discomfort during the training
